The buyer opens the link (no account needed). They can read all terms, send you a message, or click "Request Change" on any specific clause.
Negotiate back and forth
You see their change requests in the negotiation thread. Reply, edit the contract terms if needed (creates a revision), then the buyer sees the updated version.

When agreed, the buyer types their full name to e-sign. You do the same in your dashboard. Both signatures are recorded with a timestamp.

Every time contract terms are edited, a revision is saved. Full audit trail of what changed and when.

Buyer — No Account Needed
The buyer opens a private link in any browser. No EasiMachines account or login required.
EasiMachines is not a party to this agreement
The contract document is generated between the buyer and seller only. EasiMachines does not handle any funds, take commission on the transaction, or accept liability for disputes. All payments are made directly between the parties using the method agreed in the contract. For high-value or cross-border transactions, we recommend having the contract reviewed by a solicitor in your jurisdiction.
Read full Contract Tool TermsIs EasiMachines a party to the contract?
No. EasiMachines provides the contract tool as a free service. The agreement is strictly between the buyer and seller. EasiMachines does not handle any funds, take any commission on the transaction, or accept liability for the deal.
Is a typed-name e-signature legally valid?
In most jurisdictions, a typed name e-signature is legally recognised as an expression of intent to be bound by the agreement (similar to signing in an email). For high-value transactions, we recommend taking independent legal advice in your specific jurisdiction.
Can the buyer use the link without an EasiMachines account?
Yes. The buyer review page is fully public — the buyer opens the private link in any browser, reads all terms, sends messages, requests changes, and signs. No account or registration is required on the buyer's side.
What happens if I edit the contract after the buyer has signed?
Editing contract terms after the buyer has signed will clear the buyer's signature, and they will need to review and re-sign the updated version. This protects the buyer from having their signature applied to terms they did not agree to.
Can I see what changed between revisions?
Yes. The contract detail panel shows a full Revision History — every time terms are updated, a revision entry is saved with the date, who changed it, and an optional summary of what changed.
What currencies are supported?
The contract generator supports 50+ currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, AED, INR, JPY, CNY, BRL, ZAR, and more. You can set the currency in Step 3 (Contract Settings) — all monetary values in the contract will use the selected currency.
Can I use this for international sales?
Yes. Set the governing law to your preferred jurisdiction (e.g. "Dubai, UAE — DIFC Courts", "England and Wales", "State of New York, USA"). Standard Incoterms delivery options (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP etc.) are available for cross-border delivery terms.
How do I access the contract tool without an account?
The free public contract generator at easimachines.com/tools/contract-generator lets anyone fill in a form and download a PDF — no account needed. To save contracts, send buyer review links, and use the e-signature workflow, you need a paid plan: Casual ($19/mo) includes a contract dashboard with up to 5 saved contracts; Starter ($49/mo) and above include unlimited saves plus the full e-signature and buyer portal.
