Create a new contract
Go to Dashboard → Sales Contracts → New Contract.
Fill in equipment & parties
Enter the equipment details (make, model, serial number, condition) and the seller and buyer contact details.
Set price & payment terms
Enter the sale price, select currency, choose payment method (bank transfer, escrow, etc.) and set any deposit dates.
Set delivery & legal terms
Specify delivery date, Incoterms, inspection period, warranty or as-is clause, and governing law jurisdiction.
Download PDF
Click "Download PDF" on the Review step to receive a professionally formatted sale agreement with a unique contract reference number.
Review and request changes through the private link; online signing requires verified accounts for both parties. Downloaded PDFs can also be signed on paper.

Complete the 4-step form and click "Save & Send Link" on the final step.
Send the private link
Either the seller or the buyer can create the agreement. Put your own account email in your section (Seller or Buyer). In the contract detail panel, click "Send to Buyer" if you are the seller, or "Send to Seller" if you are the buyer. We email the other party a private link, which you can also copy and share yourself.
The other party reviews the terms
They open the private link without an account to read the terms, send a message, or request a change to a clause. If they have an EasiMachines account, the agreement also appears under Received on their Contracts page.
Negotiate back and forth
You see their change requests in the negotiation thread. Reply, edit the contract terms if needed (creates a revision), then they see the updated version.
Both parties sign
Online signing requires each party to sign in to an EasiMachines account with verified email and phone. You sign your own line from your Contracts page; the other party signs from the private link. If something is not verified yet, the signing box shows exactly what to do and brings you back to the agreement. Each signature is recorded against the current contract revision. Either party can instead download and sign the PDF on paper.
Contract is fully executed
Status changes to Signed. Both parties receive a record of the signed agreement. Download the final PDF for your records.

EasiMachines is not a party to this agreement
The contract document is generated between the buyer and seller only. EasiMachines does not handle any funds, take commission on the transaction, or accept liability for disputes. All payments are made directly between the parties using the method agreed in the contract. For high-value or cross-border transactions, we recommend having the contract reviewed by a solicitor in your jurisdiction.

No. EasiMachines provides the contract tool as a free service. The agreement is strictly between the buyer and seller. EasiMachines does not handle any funds, take any commission on the transaction, or accept liability for the deal.
Is a typed-name e-signature legally valid?
In most jurisdictions, a typed name e-signature is legally recognised as an expression of intent to be bound by the agreement (similar to signing in an email). For high-value transactions, we recommend taking independent legal advice in your specific jurisdiction.
Can the other party use the link without an EasiMachines account?
Yes. They can open the private link without an account to read the terms, send messages, and request changes. To sign online, they must sign in to an EasiMachines account with verified email and phone, using the email address the agreement was sent to. The parties can also download and sign the PDF on paper.
Can a buyer create the agreement?
Yes. Either the seller or the buyer can create it. Enter your own account email in your section — Seller if you are selling, Buyer if you are buying — and we send the private link to the other party. You can only create an agreement you are part of, not one between two other people.
Where do I find an agreement someone sent me?
In the email we sent you, and on your Contracts page under Received, once your email address is verified. Open it to review, message, sign or decline.
What happens if I edit the contract after the other party has signed?
Editing contract terms after a signature will clear it, and the other party will need to review and re-sign the updated version. This protects them from having their signature applied to terms they did not agree to.
Can I see what changed between revisions?
Yes. The contract detail panel shows a full Revision History — every time terms are updated, a revision entry is saved with the date, who changed it, and an optional summary of what changed.
What currencies are supported?
The contract generator supports 50+ currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, AED, INR, JPY, CNY, BRL, ZAR, and more. You can set the currency in Step 3 (Contract Settings) — all monetary values in the contract will use the selected currency.
Can I use this for international sales?
Yes. Set the governing law to your preferred jurisdiction (e.g. "Dubai, UAE — DIFC Courts", "England and Wales", "State of New York, USA"). Standard Incoterms delivery options (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP etc.) are available for cross-border delivery terms.
How do I access the contract tool without an account?
