EasiMachines is operated by Easi Machines Pvt. Ltd. (Bengaluru, India) and EasiMachines Inc. (Delaware, USA).
Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules governing how you may use the EasiMachines Platform. By accessing the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service. EasiMachines may update this AUP at any time. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
1. Permitted Uses
The Platform is provided exclusively for:
Listing industrial machinery, equipment, and commercial vehicles for sale, hire, or enquiry;
Searching for, comparing, and making genuine enquiries about industrial equipment;
Submitting and responding to Requests for Quotation (RFQs) for commercial purchasing purposes;
Accessing market intelligence, AI valuations, and platform tools as part of a valid subscription;
Participating in the EasiMachines community features (Phase 2+) in a constructive and professional manner;
Business-to-business and legitimate private seller transactions involving industrial or commercial equipment.
2. Prohibited Uses — Listings & Transactions
Fraud & Misrepresentation
Posting false, misleading, or fabricated equipment listings with intent to deceive buyers.
Advertising equipment you do not own or have no authority to sell.
Using fake identities, false company names, or fraudulent business registration numbers.
Impersonating another seller, buyer, or EasiMachines employee.
Engaging in advance-fee fraud ("pay a deposit to unlock shipping") or similar scams.
Misrepresenting equipment condition, service history, hours, or accident history.
Manipulation & Gaming
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent listing limits, bans, or account restrictions.
Using automated bots or scripts to generate fake enquiries or inflate listing view counts.
Coordinating with other sellers to artificially manipulate search rankings or enquiry volumes.
Reverse-engineering EasiMachines' search ranking algorithms to manipulate results.
Using Platform features (e.g., "Report Listing") to harass or unfairly target competitors.
Illegal & Harmful Activity
Listing, offering, or facilitating the sale of stolen equipment.
Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate tax evasion.
Listing equipment subject to economic sanctions, export bans, or international embargoes.
Using the Platform to facilitate transactions that violate export control laws (ITAR, EAR, Indian SCOMET).
Any transaction involving equipment prohibited by law in either the seller's or buyer's jurisdiction.
3. Prohibited Uses — Platform & Technology
Data Harvesting & Scraping
Scraping, crawling, or harvesting Platform content (listing data, user data, pricing) using automated tools without written permission from EasiMachines.
Using the EasiMachines API (where provided) in ways that exceed your rate limits or violate API usage terms.
Bulk downloading or mirroring the Platform's listing database for use on competing services.
Collecting seller or buyer contact information from the Platform for unsolicited marketing purposes.

Technical Attacks & Interference
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other user accounts, or EasiMachines' backend systems.
Conducting denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks against the Platform.
Uploading or transmitting malware, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious code.
Circumventing, disabling, or reverse-engineering authentication systems, rate limiters, or security measures.
Exploiting any known or discovered vulnerabilities without first disclosing them to EasiMachines' security team (trust@easimachines.com).
Probing the Platform for vulnerabilities using automated security scanning tools without written authorisation.
Intellectual Property Violations
Reproducing, distributing, or selling EasiMachines' platform code, design, or proprietary algorithms.
Using the EasiMachines brand, logo, or trademarks without explicit written authorisation.
Copying listing content, photographs, or descriptions from EasiMachines to populate competing platforms.
4. Prohibited Uses — Communications
Sending unsolicited commercial messages (spam) to other Platform users via the enquiry or messaging system.
Harassing, threatening, abusing, or defaming other users, EasiMachines staff, or third parties.
Posting discriminatory content targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
Sharing pornographic, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content via any Platform communication channel.
Using the Platform enquiry system for purposes unrelated to equipment purchase or sale (e.g., phishing, social engineering).
Encouraging users to take transactions fully off-Platform specifically to evade Platform safety measures.
5. Responsible Vulnerability Disclosure
EasiMachines welcomes good-faith security research. If you discover a potential security vulnerability:
Report it to trust@easimachines.com with a detailed description;
Do not exploit the vulnerability or access data beyond what is minimally necessary to demonstrate it;
Do not publicly disclose the vulnerability without giving us a reasonable time (30+ days) to fix it;
We will acknowledge reports within 5 business days and aim to resolve critical issues within 30 days.
Security researchers acting in good faith under this policy will not face legal action from EasiMachines for their research activities.
6. Reporting Violations
If you believe another user is violating this AUP or the Marketplace Rules:
Use the "Report Listing" button on any listing page;
Report suspicious seller conduct to trust@easimachines.com;
Report technical security issues to trust@easimachines.com.
EasiMachines will investigate all good-faith reports promptly. We may not be able to disclose the outcome of investigations, but we take all reports seriously.
7. Consequences of Violations
Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, EasiMachines may take the following actions:
Issue a warning and require corrective action;
Remove offending content or listings;
Temporarily suspend account access;
Permanently ban the account and any associated accounts;
Withhold or refund payments at our discretion;
Refer matters to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable;
Pursue civil legal remedies including injunctions and damages.
