• Each listing must describe one specific, available machine (or a clearly itemised lot) that you own or are authorised to sell. Brokers and agents must say so and may be asked for proof of authority.
• Give accurate make, model, year, hours or usage, serial or machine number where available, condition (New, Used, Refurbished or For parts) and location (city and country).
• State a genuine asking price, or choose "price on request". Placeholder prices (such as 1) are not allowed.
• Use your own photos of the actual machine; at least one photo is required to publish. Do not use stock or catalogue images, or photos of a different unit.
• Disclose known faults, damage, missing parts, recalls, and any finance, lien, lease or other encumbrance.
• Disclose if an image is AI-generated or edited in a way that changes how the machine looks. Removing damage from a photo is misrepresentation.
• Mark the listing sold, or remove it, promptly once the machine is no longer available.

• Phone numbers, emails, websites or social handles in titles, descriptions or photos. Use the Platform's contact settings instead.
• Duplicate listings of the same machine, keyword stuffing, or unrelated makes and models.
• Text or photos copied from other sellers, manufacturers or websites without permission.
• Personal data of others, such as clearly readable vehicle number plates or documents showing private details.
• False, misleading or unverifiable claims about condition, age, history, ownership, certification or compliance.

• Stolen equipment, or equipment with altered or removed serial numbers or identification plates.
• Equipment located in, or offered for delivery to, a restricted jurisdiction (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus and the sanctioned regions of Ukraine), or offered to any sanctioned person.
• Weapons, military equipment, or items controlled as munitions.
• Counterfeit equipment, or equipment with false conformity marks, certificates or compliance labels (for example CE, UKCA or BIS).
• Recalled equipment with an unremedied safety defect, unless sold clearly as parts or scrap.
• Anything whose sale is illegal in the seller's or buyer's country.

You may list the following only if you comply with the laws that apply and disclose the relevant information:

• Dual-use items, such as certain high-precision machine tools, that may need an export licence.
• Lifting equipment (cranes, hoists, forklifts, aerial platforms): state the status of statutory inspection certificates where required.
• Pressure equipment, boilers and compressors: state certification status.
• Road vehicles, trucks and trailers: state registration, roadworthiness and finance status.
• Engines and generators subject to emissions rules: state the emissions standard where known.
• Medical, laboratory or scientific devices that may only be sold by or to licensed persons.
• Equipment containing hazardous materials (for example asbestos, PCBs or controlled refrigerants): full disclosure is required.

• Respond to genuine enquiries promptly and honestly.
• Do not change the price or terms after contact in a bait-and-switch.
• Never ask buyers to pay deposits or fees through unofficial links, claim to offer escrow on EasiMachines' behalf, or pressure buyers to pay before they can inspect the machine or check title.
• Do not discriminate against buyers on grounds such as nationality, religion, gender or other protected characteristics.
• Do not create extra accounts to avoid limits or enforcement.
• Do not post, solicit or reward fake, incentivised or retaliatory reviews, or review your own or a competitor's account.

• Post Wanted Requests only for genuine purchasing needs, with accurate requirements.
• Sellers responding to a Wanted Request must offer only equipment that genuinely meets it.

Auction houses must also follow the Auction Terms.

• We may ask you to correct a listing, remove or restrict it, limit features, or suspend or close an account, depending on the seriousness and repetition of the breach.
• We may act immediately, without prior notice, in cases of suspected fraud, illegality, sanctions or safety risk.
• We tell you the reason and the rule concerned, unless the law prevents it or it would compromise an investigation.
• You may appeal within 30 days by replying to our notice or emailing legal@easimachines.com. Your appeal is reviewed by a person, and we tell you the outcome.
• Report a listing or user with the report tool on the page or by emailing legal@easimachines.com.
