These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") andEasiMachines("we", "us", or "our"). Please read them carefully before using our platform.
By accessing or using the EasiMachines website, mobile application, API, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Marketplace Rules, and any other policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" means that entity.
EasiMachines is an online discovery and listing marketplace for industrial machinery and equipment. We provide a technology platform that connects buyers and sellers across 20+ industries and 20+ countries. EasiMachines acts only as a technology intermediary (in the sense of Section 2(1)(w) of the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000): we are not a broker, dealer, auctioneer, agent, or contracting party for any transaction between Users, and we do not negotiate, conclude, or guarantee any sale. We do not take ownership of, inspect, or guarantee the condition, legality, or title of any equipment listed on the Platform.
No Commission Model: EasiMachines does not charge transaction fees or sales commissions on any deal completed between buyers and sellers. Our revenue comes exclusively from subscription plans and optional paid features available to sellers.
All transactions, negotiations, contracts, and payments between buyers and sellers are conducted independently of EasiMachines and entirely at the risk of the parties involved.
You may use the Platform only if you:
The Platform is intended primarily for business-to-business (B2B) use by dealers, manufacturers, contractors, auctioneers, and industrial buyers. Consumer protection laws of certain jurisdictions may apply to individual/private transactions; you are solely responsible for compliance with applicable law.
To access certain features, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to:
EasiMachines reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion if we have reason to believe that account information is false, misleading, or that the account is being used in violation of these Terms.
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all Listings. Each Listing must:

By listing equipment on the Platform, each Seller represents and warrants that:
Buyers acknowledge that EasiMachines is a discovery platform only. EasiMachines does not verify the accuracy of Seller listings, inspect equipment, or guarantee Seller performance. Buyers agree to:
AI Valuation Notice:The AI Equipment Valuation tool generates an "Equipment Valuation Report" — an AI-assisted market estimate for informational purposes only. It is not a professional appraisal, not USPAP or RICS-compliant, and carries no legal standing. For users in 15 supported countries, the tool also produces a Local Market Estimate derived from US reference data — this is a directional adjustment, not independently sourced local transaction data. The Platform lets Buyers leave a star rating (1–5) and an optional written review of a Seller. Reviews are user-generated Content and are subject to Section 12 (Content Licence) and our Acceptable Use Policy.
The Free plan is available at no charge and includes up to 5 active listings, basic enquiry management, and standard search visibility. EasiMachines may modify, limit, or discontinue the Free plan at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
EasiMachines provides certain features and services at no charge (“Free Services”). These include, without limitation: Free seller plans, Standard auctioneer directory listings, Founding Partner programme benefits, Wanted and Buyer Request access, AI-assisted tools, referral analytics, and other complimentary features made available to buyers, sellers, dealers, or auctioneers from time to time.
Free Services are offered at EasiMachines' sole discretion as a matter of commercial strategy and operational convenience. No Free Service creates a permanent entitlement or contractual right to continued free provision. EasiMachines expressly reserves the right to:
EasiMachines commits to the following advance notice periods before implementing material changes to Free Services:
Notice will be delivered to the email address registered to your account. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details current. EasiMachines reserves the right to make immediate changes without prior notice in cases of abuse, legal or regulatory obligation, or critical operational requirement. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change to a Free Service constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Direct Seller Pass is a single 90-day purchase at the price shown at checkout. It does not auto-renew. Access completes at the stated end date unless you explicitly purchase another pass or move to a recurring plan. We send reminders before completion. Refund rights are governed by Section 8.6.
Founding Seller is an invitation-only, time-limited seller programme rather than a public subscription plan. The invitation states the eligibility requirements, six-month programme period, and any earned private follow-on offer. It does not auto-renew, is non-transferable, and never changes verification or organic ranking.
Subscription fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Where required by law (e.g., Indian GST, EU VAT), taxes will be added at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the Platform.
30-day money-back guarantee: if you cancel a paid plan within 30 days of your first charge on that plan and contact legal@easimachines.com, we refund that charge in full. This guarantee may be used once per account and overrides any minimum-term commitment.
Outside that guarantee, and except as required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable and refunds are not provided for voluntary cancellations after the guarantee period. If EasiMachines terminates your account without cause, we will pro-rate and refund any prepaid amounts for unused periods; termination for breach of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or the Marketplace Rules carries no refund.
A refund, where issued, is returned to the original payment method and processed by our payment processor; the time to appear on your statement is set by your bank or card issuer. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact legal@easimachines.com before raising a dispute with your card issuer so we can resolve it directly. The Platform includes AI-powered features including: AI Equipment Valuation (market value estimates), AI Bulk Upload (specification extraction), smart search ranking, hot-lead scoring, and AI-assisted contract drafting. All AI-generated outputs are provided on an "as-is" basis for informational purposes only. By using any AI feature you acknowledge and agree:

EasiMachines may feature auction listings sourced from or submitted by third-party auction houses ("Auctioneers"). With respect to auction listings:

By submitting any Content to the Platform, you grant EasiMachines a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, translate, distribute, display, and create derivative works from your Content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Platform. This licence continues for as long as the Content remains on the Platform and for a reasonable period thereafter for archival purposes.
You retain ownership of your Content. This licence does not permit EasiMachines to sell your Content to third parties or use it in ways not reasonably related to operating the Platform.
EasiMachines may watermark, resize, convert, or optimise images and files for display quality and platform performance without altering the core factual content of your listings.
All Platform technology, design, software, algorithms, branding, and non-user-generated content are owned by or licensed to EasiMachines and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
"EasiMachines", its logo, and associated marks are trademarks of EasiMachines. Unauthorised use of our trademarks is prohibited.
EasiMachines respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to legal@easimachines.com containing:
We will investigate valid notices and remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content promptly. Repeat infringers' accounts will be terminated.
You agree not to use the Platform to:

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT, SERVICES, AND FEATURES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
EasiMachines is a technology intermediary. We do not endorse any listing, seller, or buyer. All business decisions made in connection with the Platform are made at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE EASIMACHINES ENTITIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
In any event, EasiMachines' total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees paid by you to EasiMachines in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the EasiMachines Entities from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting EasiMachines at legal@easimachines.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
For Users outside India, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) under its rules, with proceedings conducted in English. The seat of arbitration shall be Wilmington, Delaware, USA. The award shall be final and binding. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder are governed by the laws of India. Disputes involving Indian Users shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
California residents: certain California consumer protection statutes may apply to residents of California regardless of the governing-law/arbitration provisions above. The Platform is owned and operated by EasiMachines (GSTIN 29FRHPR2880G1Z7), based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. If you access the Platform from other jurisdictions, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws. EasiMachines makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all countries.
You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations, including those of India, the United States, the European Union, and any country in which you operate, with respect to any equipment located through the Platform. EasiMachines does not accept registrations from individuals or entities in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive economic sanctions (e.g., OFAC-sanctioned countries).
EasiMachines reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform — including any feature, tool, tier, or service, whether currently provided on a paid or free basis — at any time and for any reason, including changes in business model, operational requirements, regulatory obligations, or commercial circumstances. This includes the right to pause, retire, or introduce charges for features previously offered at no cost to any user category (buyers, sellers, dealers, or auctioneers). We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes.
We may amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will also be communicated via email (where we hold your address) or via in-platform notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
EasiMachines may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including (but not limited to) violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, and we may delete your Content from the Platform. Paid subscriptions are subject to Section 8.6 (Cancellation & Refunds).
Sections 7A, 12, 13, 16, 17, 18, 19, 22A, and 23 survive termination of these Terms.
In line with the Indian Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, complaints about content on the Platform, seller or buyer conduct, billing, or any breach of these Terms can be raised with EasiMachines’ grievance contact below.
We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours of receipt and aim to resolve it within 30 days (or sooner where a shorter statutory period applies — for example, 15 days for certain categories of unlawful content). Data-protection complaints are handled under Section 14 of the Privacy Policy. This does not limit any right you have to approach a consumer forum, data-protection authority, or court.
