Some features use third-party AI models together with the information you give the feature and other available market information. Examples include suggesting listing details from your text and photos, estimating a market value range, helping you write a Wanted Request, and drafting contract text.

Some conversations, including on EasiMachines Assist (WhatsApp), may be answered first by an automated assistant. You can ask to speak to a person at any time.

• AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and can sound confident when it is wrong.
• It cannot see the machine. Condition, hours, service history, damage, specification, title and compliance must be checked in person or by an independent inspector.
• Market value estimates are directional ranges, not appraisals, offers or guarantees. Actual prices depend on condition, location, timing, taxes, transport and negotiation, and may differ materially.
• An estimate may be lower or higher than the price a machine actually sells for. Sellers decide their own asking price and whether to accept an offer; EasiMachines does not set prices or take part in sales. Compare with local dealers or an independent valuer before accepting an offer.
• For finance, insurance, tax, accounting or legal purposes, use a qualified, independent valuer or adviser.
• Suggested listing details must be reviewed by the seller, who remains responsible for the accuracy of the listing.
• Contract text must be reviewed by the parties and, for significant or cross-border transactions, by a lawyer.

When you use an AI feature, the information you provide is sent to our AI provider to produce the result, under terms that do not allow the provider to train its models on it. See the Privacy Policy. You can always choose not to use AI features and enter information yourself.

To the extent permitted by law, EasiMachines is not liable for loss arising from reliance on AI-assisted output that you did not check. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, and our overall liability is governed by the Terms of Service.
