Effective Date: 1 April 2026 · Version 1.0
Important Notice: All AI-generated outputs on the EasiMachines Platform — including valuations, extracted specifications, search rankings, lead scores, and contract drafts — are provided for informational and convenience purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind (financial, legal, technical, or otherwise) and must not be relied upon as a substitute for independent professional judgement.
1. General AI Limitations
EasiMachines uses machine learning models trained on historical market data, publicly available equipment information, and user-contributed data. By their nature, AI systems:
May produce outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or contextually inappropriate;
Cannot account for real-world factors that affect equipment value (undisclosed damage, regional market shifts, operator-specific wear, legal/compliance issues);
Reflect biases present in training data — geographic, industry, or time-period biases may affect outputs;
May "hallucinate" — generating plausible-sounding but factually incorrect information, particularly for rare or unusual equipment models;
Are only as reliable as the data they were trained on — models are updated periodically but may not reflect the latest market conditions;
Do not have access to all market transactions — our pricing data is incomplete and skewed toward publicly reported auction results.
EasiMachines and its founders, directors, employees, and agents expressly disclaim all liability for any decision made or action taken in reliance on AI-generated outputs from this Platform.
2. Per-Feature Limitations & Disclaimers
AI Equipment Valuation (Market Value Estimate)
The AI Valuation tool at easimachines.com/valuation generates an indicative market price range — labelled an 'Equipment Valuation Report' — for used industrial equipment based on make, model, year, condition, operating hours, and country. For 15 supported countries the tool produces two outputs: a US Reference Market value (USD anchor) and a Local Market Estimate in the local currency, derived by applying country-specific adjustment factors to the US reference.
This output is labelled an "Equipment Valuation Report" and is an AI-generated market estimate — it is NOT a professional appraisal, NOT a certified valuation, and is NOT compliant with USPAP, RICS Red Book, IVS, or any other professional appraisal standard.
The Local Market Estimate (shown for 15 countries) is derived from the US reference value using documented market adjustment factors. It is NOT independently sourced local transaction data and must be treated as a directional estimate only. Actual transaction prices in the selected country may differ materially from this estimate due to local negotiation norms, import duties, and market conditions at the time of sale.
Country confidence tiers (1–4) reflect data quality: Tier 1 (Germany, UK, Netherlands, Australia, Canada) = high confidence; Tier 4 (India) = low confidence, directional only. A confidence badge does not guarantee the existence of verified comparable sales data.
Valuations are based on aggregate market patterns and AI training data. The AI has no knowledge of the actual physical condition, legal encumbrances, title status, or operating history of the specific machine described.
Equipment condition is self-reported by the user — the AI cannot verify physical condition, hours, or maintenance history.
Estimates may be significantly wrong for rare, specialised, customised, heavily modified, or very old/new models where comparable transaction data is limited.
Do NOT use this output for: bank or lender collateral, insurance underwriting or claims, customs or import duty declarations, legal proceedings or arbitration, tax assessments, estate valuations, or any regulatory filing. These require a USPAP/RICS-compliant appraisal by a licensed professional (CMEA, ASA, or local equivalent).
EasiMachines accepts zero liability for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated valuations, including losses resulting from material differences between the estimate and actual transaction prices.
AI Bulk Upload & Specification Extraction
The AI Bulk Upload tool parses CSV files, PDF datasheets, or structured inputs to automatically populate listing fields including make, model, specifications, and condition.
AI extraction accuracy varies significantly by file quality, format, and equipment type — errors are common.
Extracted specifications must be reviewed and confirmed by the seller before publishing. Sellers are legally responsible for all published listing content.
AI may incorrectly parse units of measurement, map to wrong model variants, or miss key specifications entirely.
AI does not verify that extracted data matches the actual physical equipment.
Publishing AI-extracted listings without review may result in listing removal for inaccuracy.
Smart Search Ranking & Recommendations
Search results and listing recommendations are ranked algorithmically based on relevance, seller subscription tier, listing completeness, buyer behaviour signals, and other factors.
Search rankings are influenced by paid subscription tier — higher-tier sellers receive ranking boosts as part of their subscription feature set.
Recommended listings are based on algorithmic analysis of browsing behaviour and are not endorsements by EasiMachines.
EasiMachines does not guarantee that any specific listing will appear in search results at any particular position.
Algorithm changes may affect listing visibility without notice.
Hot-Lead Scoring & Buyer Intent Signals
Available to Dealer Pro+ and Enterprise subscribers, this feature scores incoming RFQs and buyer profiles by predicted purchase intent based on behavioural signals.
Lead scores are probabilistic predictions — a high score does not guarantee a sale.
Buyer intent signals are inferred from Platform behaviour only and may not reflect actual buyer intent.
Lead scoring does not constitute background checks, credit assessments, or fraud screening.
EasiMachines is not responsible for failed transactions with highly scored buyers.
AI-Assisted Contract Builder
The Contract Builder pre-populates template sales agreements using listing and user data, with optional AI-assisted clause suggestions.
Generated contracts are TEMPLATES ONLY and do not constitute legal advice.
EasiMachines is not a law firm and this feature does not establish an attorney-client relationship.
Contract templates are not tailored to the specific laws of your jurisdiction and may be invalid, incomplete, or unenforceable in your location.
AI clause suggestions may be legally incorrect — all AI-generated contract content must be reviewed by a qualified solicitor/attorney before use.
EasiMachines accepts no liability for disputes arising from contracts generated using this tool.
Electronic signatures generated through the Platform may not satisfy local e-signature legal requirements in all jurisdictions.
2A. Dual Market Pricing Notice — AI Valuation Tool
This notice applies specifically to users of the AI Equipment Valuation tool who receive a Local Market Estimate (available for 15 countries). Read this notice before acting on any locally-adjusted estimate.
The AI Valuation tool presents two market estimates for users in supported countries:
(1) Reference Market Estimate (United States): Derived from active transaction and auction data primarily reflecting the United States market. This serves as the global pricing anchor used by international machinery dealers and finance institutions. The USD value is the US market price — it is not a "global price" and does not represent what a machine will sell for in your country.
(2) Local Market Estimate: A directional adjustment of the US reference value, calibrated to reflect documented market conditions in the selected country — including import duty and freight costs, local buyer demand and market liquidity, negotiation norms, and available comparable transaction evidence. This estimate is derived, not independently sourced. EasiMachines does not maintain a database of verified local transaction prices for industrial machinery in any of the 15 supported countries.
Critical limitation — Local Market Estimates:
The local estimate is not based on independently sourced transaction data within the selected country.
It represents a directional adjustment only and should be treated as a starting point for negotiation, not a certified local valuation.
Actual transaction prices in the selected country may differ materially from this estimate due to local negotiation norms, import duties, currency fluctuations, and market conditions at the time of sale.
Country confidence tiers reflect data availability: Tier 1 (Germany, UK, Netherlands, Australia, Canada) carries the highest confidence; Tier 4 (India) the lowest. All tiers are subject to this notice.
This report has been generated with AI assistance and does not constitute professional financial, legal, or investment advice. For formal valuations required for financing, insurance, or legal proceedings, consult a Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraiser (CMEA), American Society of Appraisers (ASA) accredited member, RICS-qualified valuer, or equivalent qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
