Directional guidance — all plans are open to all account types. These are recommendations, not restrictions. See the full plan guide →
Individual seller
Free → Direct Seller Pass → Starter
Starter is the natural ceiling. If you routinely manage 20+ listings, consider switching to a Dealer account.
Equipment dealer
Starter → Dealer Pro → Pro+ → Enterprise
Dealer Pro is the inflection point for bulk and team workflow; Pro+ removes the active-listing cap.
Manufacturer / OEM
Dealer Pro → Pro+ → Enterprise
Same plan ladder as dealers. OEM-exclusive tools (Dealer Network, Market Intelligence) are Enterprise-only.
Auction house
Starter → Dealer Pro → Pro+
Choose by active lot capacity and team workflow. EasiMachines supports catalogue discovery and pre-sale enquiries, not live bidding.
Payment via Stripe
All subscription billing is handled by Stripe — Visa, Mastercard, Amex accepted. You'll see “EASIMACHINES” on your statement.
Renewal
Starter, Dealer Pro and Dealer Pro+ renew until cancelled. Direct Seller Pass completes after 90 days and requires an explicit new purchase to continue. We send reminders 7 days and 1 day before renewal or completion.
Upgrades & downgrades
Upgrade takes effect immediately — you're charged a prorated amount for the rest of the billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
No commission on sales
EasiMachines charges a flat subscription fee only. We take 0% of any equipment sale — the full sale price goes directly to you.
Plan terms
Direct Seller Pass: one fixed 90-day term. Starter, Dealer Pro and Dealer Pro+: monthly. Enterprise: contract terms. Free: no commitment. Annual self-serve billing is not currently available.
Billing frequency
Recurring self-serve plans are currently billed monthly. Your checkout and Billing page show the exact amount and next renewal date before you confirm.
Listing Boosts
Boosts are optional one-time purchases. They can be added to an eligible listing and do not change verification or organic relevance.
View boost pricingCan I try the marketplace before paying?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and supports up to 5 active machines. Direct Seller Pass is a paid 90-day product; no trial is implied at checkout. Any applicable refund right is described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
What happens if I downgrade and have more listings than my new cap?
Your existing listings stay live until your current billing cycle ends. After downgrade, listings over the new cap are paused (not deleted) — you choose which ones to keep active.
Are invoices available?
Yes. Go to Dashboard → Billing → Invoices. Invoices are issued by Stripe and include your VAT/GST number if you provided one at signup.
How does the Founding Seller programme work?
Founding Seller is a private, eligibility-based programme rather than a public plan. Its exact term and any earned follow-on offer are stated in the individual invitation; the public pricing page remains the source for standard plans.
How do I cancel, and can I get a refund?
Go to Dashboard → Billing → Cancel plan (or email support). Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for; there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel within 30 days of your first charge on a paid plan, our 30-day money-back guarantee gives you a full refund (once per account). After that, fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Full details: Cancellation & Refund Policy.
