How EasiMachines plans work — what you pay for, when you're charged, and how to change your plan.

Individual seller
Free → Casual → Starter
Starter is the natural ceiling. If you routinely manage 20+ listings, consider switching to a Dealer account.
Equipment dealer
Starter → Dealer Pro → Pro+ → Enterprise
Dealer Pro is the inflection point — removes the cap and unlocks the full sales pipeline.
Manufacturer / OEM
Dealer Pro → Pro+ → Enterprise
Same plan ladder as dealers. OEM-exclusive tools (Dealer Network, Market Intelligence) are Enterprise-only.
Auction house
Dealer Pro (or Auction Event add-on)
One-off event? The $299 / 90-day Auction Event add-on is often better than a subscription.
Payment via Stripe
All subscription billing is handled by Stripe — Visa, Mastercard, Amex accepted. You'll see “EASIMACHINES” on your statement.
Auto-renew
Plans renew automatically. Casual Seller auto-renews only while you have active listings. All other paid plans always auto-renew. Cancel any time from Billing settings.
Upgrades & downgrades
Upgrade takes effect immediately — you're charged a prorated amount for the rest of the billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
No commission on sales
EasiMachines charges a flat subscription fee only. We take 0% of any equipment sale — the full sale price goes directly to you.
Minimum terms
Casual Seller: 3-month minimum, then monthly. Starter: monthly. Dealer Pro / Pro+: monthly. Enterprise: annual contract. Free: no commitment.
Annual discount
Pay annually and save the equivalent of 2 months — e.g. Dealer Pro drops from $149/mo to $124/mo effective ($1,490/year). Switch at any time from Billing settings.
Listing Boosts & the Auction Event add-on
Boosts are one-time purchases — they stack with any subscription plan and don't require a subscription. The Auction Event add-on ($299 / 90 days) gives auctioneers unlimited lots for a single event without a monthly commitment.

Free plan has no time limit. Casual Seller has no credit card required for the first 30 days. Contact support for a trial extension on higher tiers.
What happens if I downgrade and have more listings than my new cap?
Your existing listings stay live until your current billing cycle ends. After downgrade, listings over the new cap are paused (not deleted) — you choose which ones to keep active.
Are invoices available?
Yes. Go to Dashboard → Billing → Invoices. Invoices are issued by Stripe and include your VAT/GST number if you provided one at signup.
Does the Founding Seller price ever change?
No. Founding Sellers lock in Dealer Pro features at the founding price for 36 months from signup — the price is contractually fixed for that period.
How do I cancel?
Go to Dashboard → Billing → Cancel plan. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fee on monthly plans.
