• We display lot information supplied by Auctioneers and link to the Auctioneer's own page.
• We do not take bids, hold deposits or payments, or guarantee any lot, result or Auctioneer.
• Auction listings stop being offered as live once the stated end time has passed.

• Keep lot details accurate and current (description, condition, location, dates, starting bid if shown) and link directly to the lot.
• List only genuine lots you are authorised to offer, and disclose known material defects, liens and restrictions.
• Tell us promptly if a lot is withdrawn, re-dated or materially changed.
• Disclose buyer's premiums, taxes and fees clearly on your own platform.
• Do not shill bid, publish false results, or list auctions that have already closed.
• Comply with all laws that apply to your auctions, including licensing, consumer, sanctions and export-control laws.

• Read the Auctioneer's terms before registering or bidding, especially premiums, taxes, payment deadlines, inspection and collection.
• Check lot details directly with the Auctioneer. We do not verify condition, title or legal status.
• Inspect high-value lots where possible before bidding.

• For convenience, we may show auction times converted to the time zone in your regional settings, which may be detected automatically. You can change it at any time.
• Time-zone detection, daylight-saving changes or incorrect settings can make a displayed time differ from the Auctioneer's time.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed bids or other loss caused by relying on a displayed time instead of the Auctioneer's.

Any partner programme, badge, placement, discount or integration for an Auctioneer is governed solely by that Auctioneer's written partner agreement with EasiMachines. Services currently provided at no charge may change on the notice set out in the Terms of Service (section 11) or in the partner agreement. Partnership enquiries: partners@easimachines.com.

To the extent permitted by law, EasiMachines is not liable for inaccurate lot information supplied by Auctioneers, auction outcomes, premiums or charges, the Auctioneer's website availability, or disputes between buyers and Auctioneers.
