- Is listing free for businesses?
- Yes, for published business profiles. Business listings are free while the machines are yours to sell, kept up to date, within our marketplace rules and within fair use.
- How many machines can my business list?
- It depends on your published business type: Dealer 25, Company 30, Manufacturer / OEM 35, Auction house 40 live listings at a time. Drafts and listings waiting for review do not count, and a sold machine frees its place. If your business has more than one type, the highest applies; they are not added together. You can bulk upload up to that many machines at a time, within your remaining capacity, with 2 self-service uploads every 7 days. Private sellers list up to 5 machines and post them one at a time. Inventory Sync keeps your stock current for you but does not add listing capacity. Need more listings? Talk to us and we will review it; catalogues that need a feed or managed import are arranged under Enterprise.
- What is EasiMachines Assist?
- Send your Excel file, PDF catalogue, website link or machine photos, including on WhatsApp. We prepare your first catalogue: tidy the details, match categories and add photos. You review and approve it before anything is published, with one round of corrections. It is free for eligible businesses for one first import from one source, within fair use, with the scope agreed before we start.
- What is the difference between Inventory Sync and Sales Workspace?
- Inventory Sync is a managed service: we import your machine inventory and keep it updated, weekly, from your approved website or file. Sales Workspace is workflow software for your team: a shared enquiry inbox, assignment, follow-up and analytics. They are independent add-ons to Free Business, not steps of a ladder; take either one, both, or neither.
- Can I change my business type later?
- Yes. Before your profile is published you change it freely. After that, send a request from your business profile: our team reviews it, and your public label and listing allowance change together.
- What is the Direct Seller Pass?
- A 90-day option for private sellers and service providers who occasionally sell more than 5 machines: up to 10 at a time. It is coming soon and is not on sale yet; register your interest and we will tell you when it opens. Published machinery businesses use Free Business instead.
- Do paying sellers get Wanted requests first?
- No. Relevant Wanted requests are routed by fit, not by payment plan.
- What happens if I stop paying for an add-on?
- Your business listings stay free on the same terms as before. You then keep them current yourself, and your team goes back to the free enquiry tools.
- Do you take a commission?
- No commission on direct buyer-seller marketplace deals.
- When would a listing be hidden?
- A listing is hidden only for a clear reason, never because of its age. We tell you why, and you can restore it in one step once the issue is resolved. Listings hidden because permission was withdrawn, or for a safety or fraud review, are restored by our team. The reasons are: reported as already sold; details shown to be inaccurate; buyers could not reach you; permission to list withdrawn; safety or fraud review.
- How do I pay?
- During the pilot, Inventory Sync and Sales Workspace are each billed monthly by invoice. Cancel anytime.
- Do buyers pay anything?
- No. Browsing, contacting sellers and posting Wanted requests are free.
