Equipment dealer, distributor or agent

Buys or sells new or used equipment, brokers equipment sales, or represents equipment manufacturers.

Machinery or equipment manufacturer / OEM

Builds complete machinery or equipment, including standard products and custom-built machines.

Auctioneer or auction house

Conducts machinery or equipment auctions for owners, businesses or other sellers.

Service provider

Provides services related to buying, moving, installing, operating, maintaining or selling machinery and equipment. Shown when you add at least one service.

Company

Makes or supplies industrial products, or uses machinery as part of its business.

If you choose Company, you also say what it does: Parts, tooling or industrial supplies; Machinery user or industrial operator; Other machinery-related company.

1. 1Click List your business free. If you are not signed in, sign in or create an account first. When you create an account this way, we ask “Which best describes your business?” and the group you choose is ticked on the form for you.
2. 2Check whether your business is already on EasiMachines. If it is listed as "Not claimed", claim it instead of creating a second profile.
3. 3Choose what your business does and its industries, with your primary industry first.
4. 4Add your home country, your main location with its city and street address, and a description of what the business does, sells or offers. A website and logo are optional.
5. 5Add the phone, WhatsApp number and email buyers should use. WhatsApp is optional.
6. 6Tick the box to confirm the details are accurate and that you may describe this business.
7. 7Click Publish profile. You need a confirmed account email and a confirmed mobile number first (where we don't send text messages, your confirmed email is enough). There is no waiting for approval.

Until you publish, the profile is a private draft that buyers cannot see. The form lists anything still missing.

• The phone and WhatsApp numbers you add are shown as you state them. We do not send a code to them.
• Buyers see these numbers only while your own account contact details are confirmed.
• If you add a company email that is different from your account email, we email it a confirmation link. Until you open that link, your account email is used.

Your business allowance and bulk upload switch on. Upload a file, or send your stock to EasiMachines Assist.

Live listings at a time, by business type: Dealer 25, Company 30, Manufacturer / OEM 35, Auction house 40. A business with several types gets the highest number; they do not add up. A service provider without one of these types keeps the private seller limit of 5 machines.

Pricing and allowances explained

• Your profile page, with your details, services and live machines. You can share its link.
• Dealer, Manufacturer / OEM and Auction house profiles appear in the Dealers directory. Auction house profiles also appear on Auctions.
• Businesses with services appear in the Services directory.
• A company profile is reached through its profile link and its machines in equipment search.
• Your machines show your business name as the seller.
• Labels show only what was checked, such as a confirmed email or phone. EasiMachines shows your details as stated by your business and does not verify them.

• Edit your profile at any time from EasiDesk → Business.
• To change your business type after publishing, send a request from your business profile. Our team reviews it, and your public label and listing allowance change together.
• Invite colleagues with Manage team on EasiDesk → Business. They can edit the profile, locations and services. Only the owner can publish the profile or manage the team.
