Claim in process

EasiMachines created this profile from the business's own public information. Someone has asked to claim it for the business, and EasiMachines is checking the claim. Until then, details may be out of date.

Claimed by business

The business manages this profile: it created the profile, or proved it acts for the business through its published contact, its website email or evidence checked by EasiMachines staff. The profile details and machines are written by the business; EasiMachines has not verified them, and this is not a check of legal registration.

• You received an invitation. We send invitations from hello@easimachines.com to the email the business publishes (sometimes also to its published phone). Open the link in the invitation.
• You found your profile on EasiMachines. Click Claim this business on the profile. You need to be signed in, with your account email and mobile number confirmed. We then send an invitation to the contacts the business publishes, never to an address you type. If we hold no contact for the business, you can send a claim request instead, and our team reviews it.
• You can also search for your business when you start listing your company.

1. 1Open the link. Sign in, or create a free account. When you create an account from the link, we ask which best describes your business.
2. 2Confirm your mobile number if we ask you to.
3. 3Tick “I am the owner of <business> or an employee authorised to act for it.”
4. 4Choose how we confirm you can act for the business. Depending on what the business publishes, you can:
   • get a 6-digit code at the business email published on its website or other public page;
   • get a 6-digit code by SMS at the business phone it publishes, where we can send texts;
   • skip the code, if your mobile confirmed by SMS is the same number the business publishes;
   • get a code at your own business email. An address on the business’s website domain is fastest. With any other address, our team confirms with the business after you enter the code;
   • ask our team to confirm you. They call or message the business’s published number.
5. 5Enter the code. It works once and expires after 15 minutes. You can ask for a new one.

Sometimes our team confirms the claim with the business before you can manage the profile. We email you when it is done.

• The profile stays public and shows “Claim in process”.
• We may call or message the business on its published number. We email you the outcome.
• We never ask for documents by email.
• If you already manage another business on EasiMachines, our team reviews the claim.

• The profile stays public and shows "Claimed by business".
• Buyer enquiries now come to you.
• Choose the phone number buyers should call and your company email.
• The profile shows "Member since" with the date you joined, instead of "Listed since".
• You can correct the details straight away. Buyers see your changes at once.
• Add your machines: import them from your website, upload our Excel template, or send them on WhatsApp.

Claiming confirms that you control the business's published contact or website email. It is not a check of legal registration.

• Only one claim can succeed. When someone completes a claim, other invitations for the same business stop working.
• An invitation link expires. If yours has, reply to the invitation email to ask for a new one.
• Replies to an invitation email reach our support team at support@easimachines.com.
• Not interested? Use "Don’t contact us again" on the invitation page. We will not send further invitations to that address or number.
• Want the profile removed? Use “ask us to remove it” on the profile, or email support@easimachines.com.
