Complete guide to creating and setting up your EasiMachines account
Creating an account on EasiMachines takes just a few minutes. Choose your account type based on your business needs, complete the required information, and start connecting with the industrial equipment community.
Every account type can buy, sell and post Wanted Requests. Business listings are free while the machines are yours to sell, kept up to date, within our marketplace rules and within fair use. Private sellers list up to 5 machines at a time free. The Direct Seller Pass (coming soon) will allow up to 10. Paid add-ons are optional, and EasiMachines charges 0% commission. Choose the type that best matches how you work.
People buying equipment or selling their own or occasional machinery
Businesses that regularly buy, sell or broker equipment
Original equipment manufacturers listing new, CPO, ex-demo or end-of-line machinery
Auction houses listing lots for pre-sale discovery — bidding happens on your own platform
Choose Create account from the account menu at the top of any page, or click List, Sell or Post Wanted.
Choose the closest description. Every account can buy and sell.
Tick the industries you work in, with your main industry first
Continue with Google, or sign up with your email address
The last step asks for your mobile number with its country code
Open the confirmation link we email you
Open the confirmation link we email you when you sign up. Google sign-ups are already confirmed.
Enter the 6-digit code we text to your mobile. Codes are sent by SMS, not WhatsApp.
Where we don’t send text messages, we save your number and your confirmed email is used instead.
Not signed in? Clicking List or Sell takes you to Create account first, then back to the listing form.
Before a listing can go live:
If your mobile number is not confirmed yet, we ask for the code when you click publish. If you close that step, or something else is missing, the machine is saved as a private draft. The next screen lists what is still needed, and you can finish it from your draft listings.
When everything is in place, the listing goes live straight away. Machines from an Excel or CSV bulk upload wait for our review first.
