1. Matched sellers are notified
Sellers with relevant inventory are alerted automatically based on their plan. Enterprise, Dealer Pro+, and Dealer Pro plan sellers receive your request instantly — they can respond within minutes. Starter plan sellers receive the alert within 24 hours. Casual plan sellers receive the alert within 48 hours. Sellers on the Free plan do not receive RFQ notifications. Most requests receive the first response within a few hours.
2. Sellers review your request and respond
Each seller sees your requirements — equipment type, condition, budget, location, and timeline — on a dedicated request page. They can send you a response directly from there. Your contact details are never shown to sellers until you choose to connect.
3. You review responses and choose a seller
Seller responses appear in your dashboard under "Buy Requests (RFQ)". Compare offers, ask follow-up questions, and select the best fit. Mark your request as Fulfilled or Cancelled when done.

Is submitting a Wanted Request free?
Yes. Submitting a Wanted Request is completely free for buyers, regardless of which method you use (WhatsApp, AI, or standard form). Sellers pay to respond to enquiries.
Do I need an account to post a Wanted Request via WhatsApp?
No. The WhatsApp route requires no account. Our team posts the RFQ on your behalf. For the AI-Assisted and standard form routes, a free buyer account is required so you can receive and manage seller responses.
Can I submit multiple Wanted Requests at the same time?
Yes. You can have multiple active Wanted Requests for different pieces of equipment simultaneously.
What if I don't receive any responses?
Try broadening your criteria — widen the year range, increase your budget, or expand your location radius. Go to your dashboard, open the "Buy Requests (RFQ)" tab, and click your request to edit it.
Can I cancel or close a Wanted Request?
Yes. Go to your dashboard → "Buy Requests (RFQ)" tab → click your request → change the status to Cancelled or Fulfilled. Sellers will no longer be able to respond once it is closed.
Can I edit my request after submitting?
Yes — if you are logged in, clicking your request from the dashboard takes you to edit mode where you can update the status. To make broader edits (budget, location, description), close the current request and post a new one.
Which sellers get notified about my request — and how fast?
All sellers whose inventory matches your request criteria are notified based on their plan tier. Enterprise, Dealer Pro+, and Dealer Pro plan sellers receive an instant alert — they can reply within minutes. Starter plan sellers receive the alert within 24 hours. Casual plan sellers receive the alert within 48 hours. Free plan sellers do not receive RFQ notifications. A matched Dealer Pro seller typically responds within hours of your request being posted.
Which route gives the best seller responses?
AI-Assisted RFQs consistently score higher on completeness — they extract and fill more fields — which results in faster, more targeted responses from sellers. WhatsApp is best for speed when you don't want to fill any form at all.
