What happens after 36 months?
We contact you at least 60 days before your guarantee period ends with your renewal options. As a Founding Seller you get priority access and the best available rate — typically still below what new sellers pay. Most sellers will find renewal straightforward; we built this programme to keep good sellers, not lose them.
What happens if I miss an SLA requirement?
We send a warning first. If the issue persists for more than 30 days (e.g., fewer than 3 active listings, inquiry response time consistently over 48 hrs), we'll reach out to understand why. Chronic violations after two warnings result in badge removal and reversion to standard Dealer Pro pricing.
Can I cancel and re-join later at the $79 price?
No. The $79 locked rate is only available to the first 50 Founding Sellers. If you cancel, your spot is released and re-joining is at the then-current rate. If you need a temporary break, contact us — we can pause your account and preserve your founding status.
