Bulk Upload is available to seller accounts on a Dealer Pro plan or above (and approved Founding Sellers). It is not available on Direct Seller Pass or Starter plans, or to Buyer accounts. See account types →

After submission
You'll receive a confirmation email with your submission summary. You can track each listing's publication status from your seller workspace.
Bulk Upload is built for dealers, OEMs, refurbishers, and fleet owners managing multiple listings at a time. It is the fastest way to get your full inventory live without entering each machine one by one.

Use single listing for
Choose New, Used, or Refurbished on the Bulk Upload page. Each workbook contains Template, Field Guide, and How to Use worksheets. Keep the Template sheet and header names unchanged.
Go to Bulk UploadEach row is one machinery offer. Complete all fields marked Required in Field Guide, then check the conditionally required rules for price, inventory quantity, lead time, and refurbishment evidence.
After uploading your CSV, you will see a preview table of all rows. Each row shows a green "Ready" badge or a red error count. Click into any highlighted field to fix it directly on the page — the status updates instantly. Rows with errors are not submitted, so you can remove a problem row and still submit the rest.
Once all rows show "Ready", click "Submit for Quality Review". Your listings are saved immediately as Pending, not public. EasiMachines checks accuracy, completeness, and buyer usefulness to keep machinery information high quality and trustworthy. You receive a processing summary and later review decisions.
Bulk-uploaded listings start without photos. Use the photo upload tool in your Inventory dashboard to add images to each listing. Listings without photos receive significantly fewer inquiries — prioritise adding at least 4 photos per machine.

Invalid category
Category must exactly match the EasiMachines category list. Download the category reference sheet from the Bulk Upload page.
Price format error
Use a plain positive number (e.g. 45000), or set price_type=contact and leave price blank. Do not enter POA in the numeric price field.
Duplicate serial number
A listing with that serial number already exists in your account. Update the existing listing instead.
Missing required field
All required fields must have a value in every row. Rows with empty required fields are skipped.
Encoding error
Save the CSV as UTF-8. Windows Excel sometimes saves as Latin-1 which breaks special characters.
