Build a support map for the exact machine
- Record full model, serial, year, engine or control family and options.
- Identify routine consumables and the failures most likely to stop production.
- Ask local dealers and independent technicians what they can obtain and repair.
- Confirm manuals, diagrams, parameter backups, licences and passwords transfer.
- Price one critical spare and record its real lead time.
A catalogue result is not availability
A part number appearing online does not mean it is genuine, compatible, in stock or deliverable to your country. Ask the supplier to confirm the serial range and stock. For electronic boards, ask whether the replacement arrives programmed and whether a technician can commission it.
