Seller responses appear in your dashboard under "My Wanted Requests". Compare offers, ask follow-up questions, and select the best fit. Mark your request as Fulfilled or Cancelled when done.

Is submitting a Wanted Request free?
Yes. Submitting a Wanted Request is completely free for buyers, regardless of which method you use (WhatsApp, AI, or standard form). Sellers pay to respond to enquiries.
Do I need an account to post a Wanted Request via WhatsApp?
You do not need an account to start an enquiry with EasiMachines Assist on WhatsApp. Our team helps prepare your requirements for review; messaging does not publish a request automatically. Account verification and normal submission checks still apply. The website routes require a free account to receive and manage seller responses.
Can I submit multiple Wanted Requests at the same time?
Yes. You can have multiple active Wanted Requests for different pieces of equipment simultaneously.
What if I don't receive any responses?
Try broadening your criteria — widen the year range, increase your budget, or broaden the location. Go to your dashboard, open "My Wanted Requests", and select the request to edit it.
Can I cancel or close a Wanted Request?
Yes. Go to your dashboard → "My Wanted Requests" → select your request → change the status to Cancelled or Fulfilled. Sellers will no longer be able to respond once it is closed.
Can I edit my request after submitting?
Yes — if you are logged in, clicking your request from the dashboard takes you to edit mode where you can update the status. To make broader edits (budget, location, description), close the current request and post a new one.

Which route gives the best seller responses?
AI-Assisted Wanted Requests consistently score higher on completeness because they extract and fill more fields, which can produce faster, more targeted seller responses. WhatsApp is best when you do not want to fill in a form.
